Privacy policy

In two lines
We ask for your name and email to send you the INT-Halo download link. If you ticked the box, we also use them to tell you when a new version is out. Nothing else. We do not sell or share your details with anyone.
Who is responsible
INT Plugins, an independent project based in Argentina. Write to contacto@ineedtime.com.ar about anything to do with your data.
What we store
- Your name, only to greet you by name in the email.
- Your email, to send the download and, if you agreed, product news.
- Whether you opened the download email, so we know which contacts are real.
- The language you used the site in, so we write to you in it.
We do not keep your IP address beyond the few minutes the form's anti-abuse check needs. There is no Facebook pixel, no advertising, and we sell your data to nobody.
About visitor measurement. To know how many people come and what they look at, we use Google Analytics, which needs cookies. That is why we ask you first: until you press "Accept", no cookie is stored and nothing is sent. If you say no, we remember that answer and stop asking. The site and the download work exactly the same either way — none of this gates anything.
If you accept, what gets recorded is where you came from, which pages you look at, your country, your browser and your device type. Your IP address is truncated before being stored. It is not used for advertising or to recognise you on other sites. You can change your mind whenever you want by clearing this site's data in your browser: next time, we will ask again.
On what legal basis
For the download: your own request. For product news: your consent, given by ticking the box, which you can withdraw at any time. This is governed by Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act 25.326 and, if you are in Europe, by the GDPR.
Who else sees it
We use Resend to send email and hold the contact list, and Vercel to host the site. They are infrastructure providers: they process the data on our behalf and use it for nothing else. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which verifies you are a person without tracking you or using advertising cookies.
The plugin file is served from GitHub, which sees the download request the way any web server would.
For how long
For as long as the project exists and you have not asked to be removed. If you unsubscribe from product news, we stop writing immediately. If you want your data deleted entirely, write to us and we will do it.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us what data of yours we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, or tell us to stop using it. An email to contacto@ineedtime.com.ar is enough. You do not have to explain why and we do not charge for it.
Argentina's Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the supervisory authority for Act 25.326 and handles complaints from anyone who believes their rights were affected.
The plugin itself
INT-Halo runs entirely on your computer and sends nothing anywhere. The only thing that leaves your machine is the update check, which downloads a public text file containing a version number. It does not send your MIDI, what you play, or any usage data.
If this changes
If we ever change something meaningful in this policy, we update the date above and, if you are already on the list, we tell you by email.
